The Belgrade Police Department unveiled a new interview room designed specifically for interviewing victims of sex-crimes. This room will be used by members of multiple agencies as it is one of only two in the county. This room is an invaluable asset to the Belgrade Police Department and the Law Enforcement Community and it was fully funded by donations and a state grant. For the full story see The Belgrade News.

The Belgrade Police Department recently purchased two AEDs to carry while on patrol. Police Officers are often the first responders to arrive on scene during times of medical emergencies. The Belgrade Police Department is now patrolling with the AEDs in an attempt to provide the citizenry of Belgrade with the best possible emergency response.
